I pray that you all got out and placed your vote. As I type it appears that Sen. Obama is quite a bit ahead of Sen. McCain. God knows the outcome, I trust God and His word, and I am clinging to these truths…

* Daniel 2:21 - "It is He [the God of heaven]…who removes kings and establishes kings."

* Job 42:2 - "I know that You [the God of Israel] can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted."

* Romans 13:1 - “Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God."

And remember God’s promise to you… “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” Isaiah 43:2, NLT

Regardless of the outcome of this election, God is in control.
